Join us for a fun and creative hands-on activity! Participants will decorate their cut-out paper hands using paint and colourful designs. The theme will focus on the qualities you look for in a friendship and the qualities you would like to develop in yourself.

All materials will be provided. This is a relaxed and enjoyable event where you can be creative, reflect, and express what matters most to you.

Watercolor Art on Cut-Out Hands is led by the art therapist and art facilitator Caroline Embling.

Join us and learn about PICS Tri-Provincial Health Care Professional Canadian Work Experience & Wage Subsidy Program for Healthcare Professionals in BC, AB & ON.

PICS is dedicated to providing individualized guidance to various regulated Health Care Professionals such as Clinical Counsellors, Doctors, Dentists, Nurses, Physiotherapists, etc.

In this session, you will learn not just about the program but also navigating opportunities and services PICS can help you with, like One-on-One Counselling, Credential Navigation Plan, Career Action Plan and many more. Your questions are very much welcome, too.

You will learn what to do if you are in financial trouble, how to manage debt, when a consolidation loan makes sense, and how to prioritize debt. The Sunshine Coast Credit Union will lead this workshop to help us understand credit, interest, and how to avoid overwhelming debt.
